QA is part of delivery: manual and automated functional testing, plus performance and security testing where the risk warrants it. You get a clear view of what was tested, open defects, and what is ready to ship.

We offer SLA-based support and maintenance — patches, monitoring, issue resolution, and planned improvements — so production software stays secure and performant. Response times are agreed in the support plan, not implied as 24/7 live chat.

When should we choose Digital HQ instead of a custom build?

If you need a connected internal workspace — comms, forms, HR, IT, finance, procurement — Digital HQ is the faster path. If the process is unique or customer-facing, custom software is usually the better fit. Discovery will say which.

How is Zuri different from Digital HQ?

Digital HQ is for how a company runs internally. Zuri is for how a service business runs the floor — chairs, rooms, trainers, checkout, and clients. They solve different jobs.

Is the Zuri client portal live?

Not yet. The client portal is coming soon. Today, clients on Starter and up can book and get reminders on WhatsApp; the team still runs one calendar in Zuri.
